Accessibility Policy

Effective July 27, 2026. shopjack.ca and the jack brand are operated by Jack Irvine. In this Accessibility Policy, 'Shopjack' means Jack Irvine operating the site.

Shopjack aims to make the storefront usable by as many people as possible and to improve accessibility over time. We review the site with accessibility in mind and use recognized guidance such as WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a working reference point for ongoing improvements.

Some parts of the current storefront use a custom visual canvas, popup panels, and an inline checkout flow, and they may not yet work equally well for every browser, device, keyboard-only flow, or assistive technology. We are continuing to improve structure, focus behavior, readability, responsive layout, form clarity, and interaction semantics, and this page is not a claim that the site currently conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA or any other formal legal standard in every respect.

If you have trouble accessing content, using checkout, or placing an order, email contact@shopjack.ca and describe the issue you ran into. If helpful, include the page, device, browser, and any assistive technology involved. We will review requests manually, prioritize barriers affecting core shopping and checkout tasks, and try to provide support or an alternate way to complete the purchase.

Accessibility feedback is reviewed manually, and this page may be updated as the storefront changes or accessibility improvements are made.
