Effective July 27, 2026. shopjack.ca and the jack brand are operated by Jack Irvine. In these Terms of Use, 'Shopjack' means Jack Irvine operating the site. By accessing or using shopjack.ca, you agree to these Terms of Use.

This site is for browsing releases and placing orders when inventory is available. Product availability, descriptions, release timing, and pricing may change, and obvious errors may be corrected, before an order is accepted. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, and Shopjack may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order if inventory is unavailable, listing information is inaccurate, payment fails, fraud or misuse is suspected, or the order otherwise cannot be fulfilled. If an order is cancelled after payment is captured, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout and may change if the shipping destination, postal or ZIP code, or other checkout details change before payment is completed. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate checkout, payment, and shipping information, and you are responsible for issues, delays, or added costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you submit.

Shipping and delivery timing is not guaranteed. Transit times, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside Shopjack's reasonable control may affect delivery. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@shopjack.ca promptly with your order details. Any approved refund, replacement, or other resolution will be handled by Shopjack in its discretion and, where applicable, returned to the original payment method. All site content remains the property of Shopjack or its respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, checkout flow, or any promotion tied to the storefront.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopjack disclaims indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase attempts through the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Shopjack may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version on this page.
